Data Retention and Deletion

- Discord User ID: This unique identifier helps us recognize and authenticate your account when you use the bot.
- Discord Username: Your username allows us to address you within the bot and personalize your experience.
- Prompts and Interactions: The prompts you enter and actions you take within the bot (buttons clicked, selections made) are used to process your requests and provide the desired functionality.
We are committed to responsible data management and adhere to strict data retention policies. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purpose or comply with legal requirements.
- Discord User ID: This data is retained as long as you have used the bot at least once and share at least one common Discord server with Mafia Remastered. If you leave all shared servers, your data will be automatically deleted after one (1) week.
- Discord Username and Actions: This information is stored only until the game logs are refreshed (typically after five (5) days) or until the Discord server disables the game log feature.
- In-game Purchases and Actions: Data related to purchases made with Mafia Remastered's (fake) economy, game punishments, and your authorization/refresh tokens are linked to your Discord User ID and follow the same retention policy.
- Authorization and Refresh Tokens: These tokens provided by Discord are only valid until you revoke access through your Discord settings under "Authorized Apps."
- Data Deletion Requests: You have the right to request complete deletion of your data associated with Mafia Remastered. Upon receiving your request, we will initiate a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion process. If not cancelled within the 7 days, your data will be permanently removed from our systems. To initiate a data deletion request, please join the official Mafia Remastered Discord support server and contact our support team.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this data collection and retention policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the Discord bot or our official channels. It's recommended that you periodically review this policy to stay informed of our practices.
